Two delegations respectively led by Ms Wang Lixia, Vice-President of Huaqiao University, and Mr Si Qiang, Vice-President of CPC Shandong Provincial Party School, visited the City University of Macau (CityU Macau) yesterday. Vice Rector Kong Fanqing warmly received the groups and led the groups’ visit to the campus. The two parties shared their school-running experiences and discussed their future cooperation at the meeting.

Huaqiao University visits CityU Macau

During the meeting, the two parties exchanged and discussed the development and promotion of teaching materials, joint development of disciplines, student exchange programmes, reformation of general education curriculum, etc. The groups shared their own school-running experiences and exchanged views on the co-construction of new communication, cross-cultural, and other professional disciplines, hoping to promote the disciplinary development of the two universities and provide their students with richer learning resources.

CPC Shandong Provincial Party School visits CityU Macau

During the meeting, Shandong Provincial Party School praised CityU Macau for its scientific research projects and achievements in recent years and expressed their hope to collaborate with the University in scientific research and teacher training. Both parties exchanged views on future scientific research topics and ways of cooperation and discussed the issues of teachers, training resources and methods, hoping to work together to further implement the cooperation projects between the two universities in the future.
