A delegation led by Lin Ruiquan, dean of School of Advanced Manufacturing / School of Ocean of the Fuzhou University, led a delegation to visit the City University of Macau (CityU) today and was warmly received by Vice Rector Ip Kuai Peng, dean of the Institute for Research on Portuguese-Speaking Countries. The delegation was given an opportunity to explore the campus environment and the China-Portugal Joint Laboratory of Cultural Heritage Conservation Science supported by the Belt and Road Initiative, and exchanged views on talent cultivation and future cooperation.

During the meeting, Vice Rector Ip Kuai Peng introduced CityU, and Dean Lin Ruiquan shared the development, academic history, and program setting of Fuzhou University’s Jinjiang Campus. Both sides discussed cooperation areas and approach. They expressed keen interest to collaborate on joint education, student exchange, graduate student training, teacher visits, and scientific research projects in the future. With shared vision, they aim to strengthening communication and promote more cooperative initiatives, leveraging the advantages of both sides to promote the development of higher education.
