The delegation was led by Teng Sio Hong, DSEDJ deputy director and comprised of leaders and representatives from eight Macao higher education institutions.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Deputy Director Teng Sio Hong. Dean José Alves and Professor Maria Dolores Montoya Diaz, dean of FEA-USP, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.
