On 12th May, Prof. Edy Wong, Associate Dean of Business Faculty from University of Alberta, Canada, visited CityU. Academic Registrar Dr. Sean Li and Dr. Khong, Executive Associate Dean of Faculty of Business warmly received the guest. University of Alberta ranks in the top 100 universities globally, top five in nationally, its Business Faculty sits in the 4th place across all Canadian Higher Institutes. On the occasion of Prof. Wang's visit to colleges and universities aross Mainland China, he has paid the visit to CityU upon our invitation, for the purpose of in-depth discussion between the Business Faculties of both universities . The initial agreement for facilitating the collaborations came arcoss the areas of student exchange, undergraduate and graduate students double degree programs, short-term exchange programs, etc.

Previously, our school has already signed a memorandum of cooperation with the University of Alberta and during this summer, there are 12 students visiting University of Alberta for professional course studies, plus another 20 students going to study for language and culture immersion program at UAlberta.
