On June 15th, Dr. Rosa Rebelo, Communication Consultant at the Office of International Relations and Mobility at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), visited the City University of Macau as a representative of the Universities Portugal Consortium. She was warmly received by Prof. José Alves, Dean of the School of Business and Daryl Yang, Director of the Global Affairs Office.

During the visit, both parties provided an overview of their universities and their plans for future development. Dr. Rosa Rebelo specifically mentioned the Universities Portugal Consortium and expressed the main purpose of the visit, which was to gain a better understanding of the needs of higher education institutions in Macau. The aim was to facilitate cooperation in multiple areas and strengthen a closer collaboration and exchange of expertise between Macau and Portugal's academic institutions. Both parties expressed their desire to work together to promote more pragmatic cooperation in student exchange programs.
