CityU hosts the 1st Semester Exchange Student Orientation of the Academic Year 2023/2024, fostering diverse learning experiences


The Office of Global Affairs (OGA) of the City University of Macau (CityU) recently organized the 1st Semester Exchange Student Orientation for the Academic Year 2023/2024. The event took place at the Student Activity Center on the Taipa campus, bringing together visiting students from mainland Chinese universities and outgoing exchange students from CityU to share their diverse learning experiences.

The orientation began with a video message from Rector Jun Liu, who warmly welcomed the students and encouraged them to embrace the exchange program as an opportunity to explore their potential. Daryl Yang, Head of the Office of Global Affairs, emphasized the importance of leveraging the teaching resources to achieve new goals. Additionally, Chao Chan Chong, Head of the Student Affairs Office, provided an overview of the student services available and encouraged active participation in campus activities.

The application for the 2nd Semester Exchange Program of the Academic Year 2023/2024 is soon to open. This semester, an expanded range of exchange opportunities will be announced through new collaborations with partner institutions from Portugal and Malaysia.
