Programme Introduction
The Social Sustainability Leadership Forum (SSLF) is an eight-day international programme organised by the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), a leading institution committed to lifelong education, applied learning, and social development. Anchored in the principles of wellbeing, sustainability, and community advancement, SUSS fosters future-ready leaders equipped to contribute meaningfully to society through interdisciplinary research, inclusive education, and practical application.
SSLF brings together student leaders from universities around the world to strengthen their capacity as advocates for social sustainability. Through a structured blend of experiential learning, dialogue, and industry engagement, participants gain real-world insights and exchange perspectives with leaders driving social sustainability initiatives in their communities.
For SSLF 2026, the theme is “Ensuring Quality Education to Empower Inclusive and Sustainable Learning”, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education). The programme aims to deepen participants’ understanding and foster collaboration in promoting inclusive and sustainable approaches to education across diverse global contexts.
